Return of Reckoning

Hi all, i cant log game cause when i go launcher and put user and pass dont let me connet, bottom in grey color. I try repar, change language, reinstall... When i repar launcher the message is "Error (Product Info) Unkonwn (retry count:5)!"

Can u give me a solution?
