Hello,

I am trying to remove my name from my account info but it says I must contact support. I tried opening a ticket, but when I click the "login" button on the support website, it never logs me in.

It's not publicly viewed and says it's only used for account verification, so there shouldn't be a need to remove it, but I would DM a GM for that.
