[Bomb Squad]EU RvR, LOTD, 6-9man scale

Hello,

We are currently looking for a new friend to play with us on our guild events in **EU** primetime Thursdays - Sundays 3-4 evenings per week from 19:30 Server time to 22:00 ish. We play in the size of six to nine depending on availability. We focus on RvR larger battles to assist Order in the bigger fights, campaign, and look to play on a smaller than warband scale to have room for talks, banter, coordination and personalized performance.
Our approach is silly fun during roaming with conversations going all over the place to instantly switching to fightmode clearing coms when we have "inc"

In rough pinpoints this is what we are looking for in you:
- A healer main on Order/destro side
- A player who can match our approach and level, ingame and on discord.
- Availability for our guild runs.
- Motivation to play the game in its current state, and not rerolling when you get BiS or RR 80. The game begins for us at Bis with the tools being available.
- A player who is able to position and read the fight, or atleast take in information and will to learn how to improve in rough fights being outnumbered or swarmed.

What we can offer and what makes us stand out (outside of the usual with guildvault consumeables etc etc):
- Experienced players and a tight knit group who can be very welcoming and helpful to our newcomers
- A playing setting where the basics are being done, if you are tired of healing people who are never in range or dont use consumeables to help your job.
- Establish characters on both realms, making progression for a not fully finished progressed character faster to max out.
- A core group that has been playing on/off for five years on RoR, taken some detours to play othergames together such as Valheim, DAoC Eden, Verminetide. AoC testing and others.
- A clear direction for how we want to fight and what our wincoditions are. A set in stone placestyle.
- A curious mindset about the game and its functionality. We theorycraft, test and talk about how abilities, classes, and interactions work from everything to iniative stacking, mitigation layers, and how keep-upgrades work. You dont have to take part, but its fun.
- An overall mindset of just wanting to playing the game, progress, perform and limittest.
- We often evaluate and try to not be delusional about how and why we win. We do play result focused or based around creating cool gaming memories.

Yesh a healer mainly, on order atm.
we might venture over on our destro toons in the future if the action when/if the action changes.
Right now we have deemed that play Order only is for us, as order is loosing eu lotd rounds and have way weaker pugbands and fewer times have the premade guildbands.
