Things aren't bad but...

There are a few things I'd like to see changed.
oRvR-
I think you guys have it right in forcing players to clash but at the same time they need a bonus when you are lower in numbers. AAO is key I feel. It will make players want to try instead of going over to the other side. AKA order. No one wants to get beat by a greater group over and over and basically see no progression in a progression heavy game.
Scenarios-
Scenarios are fine but the weapons costs too much, at least for T2. Having to grind for something that gives an edge creates imbalance. Either give more emblems out or reduce amount needed.
Level-
You guys increased levels to 26 but I see no bolstering to 26. I don't understand why you wouldn't implement these things simulaneously. Creates huge imbalance between players in orvr. I'd definitely like to see you guys bolster everyone in tier 2 to 26.
Melee-
Melee damage per second characters have a hard time attacking people running away. It's more notable on WE and WH where you rely on burst but if someone is moving and you can't attack them even tho you see them next to you it hurts them bad. You don't really have a reliable slow like the other mdps and even if you did slow them it would hurt your damage. I suggest increasing their range from 5ft to 10ft on their attacks or at least 5% slow on slice/razor strike. Overall though all melee suffer because attacks wont connect.
Marauder- I'm not sure why you guys say you wont touch balance yet I see you changed Marauder's throw axe no longer procing mutation passives. Definitely would like to see this reverted.
Overall enjoying the game so thank you guys for making this happen. Really appreciate it.
