Return of Reckoning

I am one of those who like playing most classes, because it gives me group flexibility and overall knowledge of the game. Since we're not allowed to have more than one account, is there any reason to have a limit of 20 characters /account instead of the 24 we might want to play? If this limit comes from Live, it made sense back then since we were not allowed to play both factions, but nowadays, would it be possible to make it 24 / 25 (25 would be best to be able to play a low level characters with friends when needed, I recently had to delete one of my lvl 40's just to be able to play with a low lvl friend).

More than likely a cost implication for the server

It is server limitation that is relatively hard to change. Afaik single person to have multiple accounts is not against the rules

I always thought having 2 accounts on RoR is not allowed ... Or is it playing them simultaneously?
