I created an account yesterday and now the characters i created disappeared

There was a server roll back because of some gold exploid issue. They rerolled it in the evening to the state of morning. Probably you created your characters during that time, therefore they got deleted :/

Rollbacks dont happen very often, so it was just bad luck of timing for you. Just start again.
