Desapoint with Game

Yes, it’s disappointing to be at 39.7 and drop back to 38.0. There must be other furious players like me going through the same situation.
The question is: will the accounts identified using the exposed exploit be banned? It is unacceptable to punish the community because of corrupt players.

This is why they immediately activated double xp, double renown and double crests for the entire weekend

I asked in ingame advice chat, because i was level 27 and before 31, apparently someone was cheating with gold or something like that.
There was a discord announcement but im not in Discord, so I didnt know.
Also someone said there is now double xp and renown, I already leveled 1 level back quickly.

Earlier today we became aware of a gold exploit that some players had found and were using. After looking into the issue and the extent of what had happened, we made the decision that a rollback was necessary.
The server has been restored to this morning's server time and should now be back up and available. Unfortunately, this means any progress made after that point has been lost.
We know losing progress is frustrating, especially for everyone who was playing legitimately during that time. This was not a decision we wanted to make, but given the amount of gold that had entered the game through the exploit, we felt it was necessary.
Because of the lost time, we are turning on 2x Renown/XP and 2x Crests for the entire weekend, which will remain active until Monday at 10:00 AM server time.
We apologize for the lost progress and appreciate everyone's patience while we dealt with this.

I just made all my lost levels and renown back in like 2 hours, the double event is great!
