RP - Rune of Fulmination

Heya,
Love this rune, does quite a good chunk of damage, but the 2.5 sec cast time is horrible.
I can't even express how many times I can't fire this off due to people being in los, outrunning etc.
Feedback: Even by lowering the damage a bit, but it would be nice to have a shorter cast on this. Everything on runie is a 2-2.5 sec cast aside dots anyways, whilst most of zealots dmg is instant?
just leaving as a food for thought as it would be an amazing QOL change.
