Bring Back Tacky Bombs, Flame Pots & Thorns Pots

It's been something like 3 years now since Tacky Bombs, Flame Pots and Thorns Pots were disabled, and I think it'd be worth looking at bringing them back.
I understand why Tacky/Flame pots were removed. Warbands throwing 24 of them at the same time was ridiculous, caused lag spikes and could basically delete a shotcaller. But they were also genuinely useful consumables outside of warband play.
Tacky Bombs were a great desperation tool for catching someone trying to run away from you, especially solo or in small scale.
Flame Pots were useful against melee classes stacking ridiculous amounts of parry like WH/WE/Slayer/Choppa. Tacky and Flame already shared a cooldown too, so you had to choose which one you wanted to use.
Thorns Pots were also fun for tanks running reflection builds, particularly Chosen/KotBS.
Instead of keeping them disabled entirely, why not just limit how the effects stack/display?
For Flame Pots especially, you could have multiple people throw them but only allow 2-4 visible/effective ground effect in the same area. That should massively cut down on the visual/lag mess of 20+ flame effects going off while still letting the item exist for solo and small-scale players.
The original problem was really warbands mass-spamming these things, not the consumables themselves.
I'd rather see that specific problem addressed than have some pretty useful small-scale tools permanently removed from the game.
