Return of Reckoning

We've all been there, we hit our mount button and let the bar go to the end and start moving to find that the mount didnt actually trigger and you have to start again. Always seems to happen when you want to move quickly.

Proposal: if a mount process is interrupted, a temporary buff will be added for 5 seconds which when you click to mount again, it will start from the time that you had your mount cast up to so it'll near enough instacast if it was at the end.

you could also just wait a nanosecond longer and be mounted up accordingly.
