Return of Reckoning

MAGUS: this patch looks like a massive buff to the class.

I’ve broken down all the before-and-after changes: new synergies, stronger pets, critical PBAoE, single-target burst, mobility, group utility… There’s plenty here to rethink several builds.

Not much to discuss other than, why would anyone not reroll to magus.

Still havent tested the new Skills ingame, until that all we have is guessing, still dont know if the Port skill is actually good. And imho SH won this rework for sure

These are still only assumptions until the patch goes live.

In my opinion, the Magus will become genuinely viable in a mobile single-target group composition, which is great. The new direction is clear and fun. The same goes for PBAoE and for the pet synergies, which now look really interesting across every spec. I’m very happy with these changes.

Honestly, in group play, the Magus was starting from a pretty weak position, so these changes should greatly improve both the gameplay experience and our overall effectiveness.

That said, the Magus may end up being too strong in solo play, but that does not really bother me since this is an MMORPG.

So, we buffed destro and nerfed order AGAIN, got it...

Engi and Magus got basicly same lvl of buffs, just diffrent types. Engi abit more power and Magus more movement. SH I will grant you got clear winner over SW, and yea SW imho got a raw deal very much like the Slayer got in Mdps rework. WE got even more sustain wich is baffling to me.

Too early to say how it will end BUT if sw really got demolish that will hit order realm pretty much since order will lose pug powerpick which will weaken quite noticeable order orvr presents

Slayer is barely played anymore so if SW goes same way then Order dps is in troubble I agree, yesterday SW was 52% of Order dps online will drop alot come patch I bet
