Return of Reckoning

Guys, I am new to this game but this function seems to be very very stupid. The SC match up tries to put a balanced team up. There are like 200-500 players in game an SC que is already struggling. A lot of players on healer classes register to SC as a dps. Then the sc matchup brings up for example 3-4 dps and 1 tank for each side. The problem is that one player who speccing back to healer spec and the other side doesnt have classes that have healer spec - so in a second SC becomes just stupidly unbalanced. Why not to delete this spec swaping function and make it impossible for gear changes when you inside the SC? it is so stupid after all.

Administration pls look up to this - cause it is just ridicilous.
