Hello community, i am making this post to ask an overall question, should the shield WP/Dok Classes and gear disappear and all RvR ones be refunded? I make this post because after reading excellent posts, expecially from Kpihuss (sorry if i spelled wrong), about the underperforming shield WP even with BiS gear and other posts speaking about DoK and how things are right now, and i agree with Kpihuss that this class is either overpowered or trash, and that even though it gives these classes the possibility to play hybrid, it can do a little of everything but can't do anything really good (except book healing). So my overall question for this is, make the shield skills such as sigmar's grace able to be used as 2h and finish off shield gear? What is your opinion? It also would open WP/Dok to have a proper offensive SOV set since for both classes it is for shield currently.

It's the only fun heal to play in pve, only few changes needed in pvp
Right now spec is either trash or super-powerful, depends on content
The main issue imo : Being forced to hit pet to max lifetap
Lifetap with shield could ignore all armor (with lowered stats)
That way : More useful dps and more targets
The healdebuff is also what made the spec lame since patch
Maybe give back immunity to OUTgoing heal debuff since shield is frontline

What we need is Warlord to match sov for every classes = all spec promoted

Ps: Please remove shield transmog to sword for dok, it's unfair for orda
(and fix the shield animation while dok is running)

Please get this class ruining garbage out of the game

In what practical scenario do you envision a grace WP perform better with a 2h than one with a shield? Same question for the DoK equivalent.

Also, sure, we can remove it and make its abilities accessible to 2h/dual wield. We will just have to nerf regular DPS WP/DoK into the ground, to ensure that it does not end up performing two roles at once.

Hell no, leave fashionhammer alone, there's setting to disable ppl's cosmetics if you're that worried about that (user settings -> server tab), would you want to have weapon cosmetic from Saga event removed too?

There were already a lot of really good suggestions to make shield WP good again. It can work if you look at them. The question is if the devs want it or not. It is possible to have three functional builds on WP. Pure heal, pure dps and hybrid. If you/we don´t like the shield, just switch it to 2h.
