How to find articles on wiki that aren't part of the main dozen or so on main page?

On the main page there are a dozen or two main pages, each having links to some other pages.
And there is the "random page" in top left, where it will send you to just that, a random page every time you click it.
I'm noticing that a lot of these random pages are not connected to the main pages.
Is there a way to see a list of all pages or topics? or another page that has more to choose from than just what is listed on the main page?
I'd appreciate the help because I am trying to read everything I can. Thanks! S!
