[CHOSEN] Game mechanics. (help a noob)

New Chosen with 2 questions:

1) is it worth (in pvp) to have negative chance to be crit therefore stacking Flawless armor and initiative/reduced chance to be crit?
I see some chosen running full ini talis and i have no idea if it's good to go like -15/-20% chance to be critted. how does it works?

2) for pve tanking single target max aggro do you just spam Enraged Blow and keep up Oppression+Suppression or do you also use dmging dots and toot of tzench? what is your pve tank single target max aggro rotation? (also do you keep taunt and challenge for when you lose aggro due to mech/when needed or do you include them in the rotation?)

Thank you all for your help.

On pvp and negative crit for a wb defensive tank. It depends how your other gear is so you have to adjust as you gear up. For the final target, you are after full sov which you run for wbs or parties for leading the charge skill. Then on a chosen if you are over 10k wounds, 800 tough, 0 to be crit and as much block as you can get without messing things up with rr full on block, disrupt, parry (so rr 80 prob, not sure if some disagree about disrupt?). Then you can think about anti-crit.

I run this and run between -21 to -26 to be crit, stacking flawless armor but with wounds talis, and it's very tanky. I know others think that's overkill and you can boost other stuff, like more tough maybe. So you don't need full ini talis to get to -15/-20.

For me it really depends if you have a better tactic to run than flawless armor which may depend on your wb format or preference. I don't find that (I run flawless armor, destined for victory, mixed def, rugged) and I've tried most of the options. Someone will come along with a better idea and might be fun to try out but every time I have I've gone back to that set up. I don't have embrace the winds as I go for all auras but sometimes I'm going back to running quake and might experiment with it.

I don't do pve so no help there.
