I would like to suggest two improvements:

Second, I propose allowing Warlord and Invader jewelry to be equipped in the third jewelry slot. This change could introduce greater diversity and provide more alternatives beyond the typical BiS A or BiS B setups that most classes currently rely on.

You admit there already is practically no build diversity in your own post, hiding gear isn't going to change that. Need more horizontal progression, kiss/curse, etc. Accessories also seriously lacking. Having pvp accessories not exclusive would help but only a tiny bit and tbh if sov sets are so bad its worth dropping the final set bonus to gain +60-80 of a stat that might point to a larger problem imo.

Imo even remove the option to stay bidden ingame. Lets everyone see, that how ppl get inspiration. And it is not only gear but appearance items need to be possible to check

This weird notion of hiding your gear is a mostly solved game is just weird. Every class has 3 viable builds at all times and its not hard to figure out.

If you want to "test" builds the ptr is there for a reason.

I think we should expand on the inspection system and tool tips. Show players where an item comes from so they can try more builds out for themselves. Let more things become meta so it can be tested for better overall game balance.

What about Warlord / Invader for third slot?

Even allowing any Dark Promise rings that allow us to activate more combos can do the trick without adding anything to the set, just trigger another combo.

The equipment can be inspect on the killboard/armory...

And the Invader set is an underrated and underappreciated set that people do not even get anymore, because they go for Bloodlord in PvE to skip the ward requirement.
