[BG] 2H vs SNB

Leveling up a BG again from scratch and havent played one since 2020. I was playing 2h back then but looks like we got some changes since. I mostly enjoy small scale but I don't hate WB play and understand the answer to the question depends on the scale so I'm down to hear either side. I see the general talk about BG now is mostly negative but I really like the kit they uave so thats what im going with.
In terms of what im seeing mutually exclusive to either spec...
2H has the 10% crit debuff, wounds debuff, and 3 sec KD without any conditional. Looks like for specs you are essentially forced full malice and then you have the choice between grabbing the parry tactic in the middle tree to offset guard dmg and aoe snare, or you can go for right tree for the 2 powerful tactics there and elite training. My issue with 2h spec looking at it is it really seems like you want way more than 4 tactics. The 2 crit ones in malice seem mandatory, then you really want the parry one or outgoing+anti detaunt and you arent left with a whole lot of wiggle room. You are also a pure phys dmg tank which sucks because you need WS and that got nerfed a bit seems like when they moved parry to ini. On top of being 2h means you also need stats to cover defense as well.
SNB seems to have a lot more room with what you can/can't run. You get the great 5 sec kd vs the 3 sec one, access to hotl and none shall pass. Im guessing you go for the new 13 point ability in right tree and then aoe snare? Force of fury looks pretty meh as the armor portion is worthless if you have an armor pot since they dont stack, but maybe im undervaluing a 50% uptime crit reduction for you and 1 other?
The 30% movepseed on disrupt tactic looks fun, but im assuming that block happens before disrupt so a high block build might make that less effective? Also order doesnt have as many casters as destro, just bw and the occasional dps AM right? Feel like this tactic would be better on an order tank.
How do you guys build your snb/2h bg gear and stat wise? Can SNB BG do respectable dmg with say high investment into strength ignoring WS and dumping the rest into defense? Or is the survive you gain from shield enough to go for mainly offensive stats? How is 2h BG when you build mostly defensive stat and gear wise? Is the damage decent enough or do you do about the same as snb and the 2h is just a utility choice for crit and wounds debuff at that point?
Im leaning mostly for snb now as im not sure 2h is gonna be all that great until you are 70+ and have some serious gear to cover the massive stat spread 2h phys tanks need.
