Stuck at "Locating Battles" - Uninstalling and Reinstalling didn't fix it.

Hello!
Whenever I try to play it gets stuck in the screen where my characters should appear, but stuck with "Locating Battles..." indefinitely, song still playing, so it's not a complete freeze.
This problem began after I added the dxvk d3d9.dll (32 bit version) and dxvk.conf into the folder following thewarcamp's guide. Removing the files didn't change the problem, nor did repairing or uninstalling and reinstalling.
What should I do? Thank you in advance.
