Base dmg is 168 spirit dmg per half sec.
336 base dmg / sec
If he has a sword
508 dmg / sec
Without any offensive stat or crit chance
Armor, tougness doesnt have any effect is base dmg
5080 base spirit dmg/ 10 sec with atactic the ability Cd is 10 sec too.

As i said armor or thoughnes wont help againt it neither the resist because chosen has resist debuff.

For comparison, the shaman's 1 morale does 300 dmget per sec. Which stops if the target does not move.
It is recommended to greatly reduce the dmget in the case of the CHOSEN Touch of Palsy ability and to introduce that if the target does not move for 2 sec, it falls off.


And also like i said its a base dmg from a chosen who didnt spend any point on offensive stats. It is absurd.

Make the base dmg 50 and no need the weapon dmg or make the base dmg zero give 1*damage bonus and 1*weapon dps.

So you run whit 0% resist and 0 toughtness to get that dmg?
Shamans morale is undefendable and un mitigatable that can stay forever.
While touch of palsy is a skill and easily avoidable and lasts 10 secs and dmg is mitigatable.
Did you really just die to touch of palsy?

This is the problem this is base dmg the toughness wont reduce it at all. Toughness has no effect on it. This 508 spirit dmg / sec, 5080 spirit dmg per ability used for 30 AP cannot reduced. This is absurd. Has to be nerf.
And its 508 spirit dmg / sec come from a chosen who has 0 i repeat zero str or crit chance.

I recommend to use POTENT LASTING SPIRIT AVERSION POTION

This is not a solution ofcourse we can put spirit resistent talisman into all our item too.

But the problem will be the same. Free dmg. Huge base dmg without any offensive stat. Chosen can go full def toughness armor regen parry block and still have this dmg with zero str.
Zero risk, high reward.
Ravage also has problem alao spirit dmg
273 spirit dmg with zero str and with 1 handed weapon. This is absurd.

Stop running away, and fight, and the OP dot, will do no damage. Chosen has already been nerfed way to much, as have most of the tanks, on this server.

The mindset that a tank should not be able to do any sort of damage is part of what is wrong with this server, and is why the company that actually designed the game had it right from the start.

Guys i understand it was a happy world free 500dmg/sec and free 300dmg/sec with zero offensive stat but its not fair.
No risk high reward is not cool.

Make the base dmg very small and if you put and invest in offensive you can do big or even bigger dmg.
As a full def chosen you should not do this kind of dmg at all.

I assume you are a new player, which is why you are making such suggestions.
Chosen has lost his best ability (CS) and damage.
Ravange is only a shadow of what he used to be.
ToP dot, which has a 20-second CD and lasts 10 seconds, is not overpowered in any way.

If you want to reduce the damage of melee magic abilities, I recommend taking a look at SM abilities.
