Pass It On
The shaman's “Pass It On” tactic is of questionable value to me. It is contradictory in itself.
It is a proc for people who are near the person to whom the shaman has given the “Shrug It Off” buff.
The shaman gives “Shrug It Off” to the person they want to heal the most, and that person cannot receive the bonus from the tactic. This solution does not make sense to me.
I believe that the tactic should also work on the target with “Shrug It Off,” then it would make sense and would somewhat equalize the shaman's capabilities in vs AM.
Mork Favors Me!
Heals two nearby people for 50% of “Mork's Gift.”
This tactic is definitely not worth using.
I think that if two people in the party within range received 100% healing from “Mork's Gift,” it would not be an exaggeration at all.
