[Sorc] Class Changes that would boost the Sorceress

Hey everyone, I've been playing a lot of sorceress lately, testing out things as I worked on my on my guide (https://youtu.be/D9Zp_C0iX58?si=D-vUTrQxmG30dAoW). I found that the Sorceress really suffers in small scale and solo content. I believe this is primarily due to long cast times with the agony tree, and slower damaging calamity dot tree since Warhammer Online RvR in general has such a short Time to Kill. A few changes that I think would greatly benefit this class are as follows, and I would like to hear feedback on what others think:
*Of course all of this would need number testing, but this is just off the top of my brain housing group
1. Remove the cooldown of Arctic Blast, this would become the new spammable for Havoc Tree
2. Change Doombolt to a 3.5 second cast, add 10% passthrough of defenses and increase damage by 10%, give 10s cooldown (damage numbers would need testing)
3. Add tactic to make Arctic Blast and Vision of Torment nearly undefendable
5. Change Black Horror to be a 3.5 second cast, increase damage by 10%, give 10s cooldown.
6. Neverending Agony tactic should also give Infernal Wave a 25% chance to strip those damaged by it of 1 blessing.
7. Hastened Fear tactic should reduce Grip of Fear cooldown by 15 seconds, Dread Aspect Reduction can remain 7s
8. Triumphant Blasting, should be changed to only knockdown enemies in pvp (remove knockback, no one should ever take this for knocking back people, that goes against your goal to spam destruction spells on tight groups of people). Maybe make this only effect shattered shadows and Black horror.
Feel free to tear this apart, I've created quite a few guides for different classes and this is the first time i've felt so strongly that a class needed an update. So just starting the conversation here!
*Edit: I think the damage output of the Sorceress is fine, but what the class lacks is a viable spec to play without requiring a healer and tank to function. Even my growing potion addiction isn't enough to stem the flow of blood to Khorne without a healer nearby. I think a spammable 2s cast Arctic Blast with a situational snare, and some small tweaks would be a boon to the class.
