Return of Reckoning

Good morning all and happy new year.

Just created an account and downloaded the game.

Saw the cinematic and it was great, but now i need to choose a race. The problem is the i cannot click on anything and the only thing shown is the races on the top of the screen and everything else is just black.

Anyone else has the same problem? How do i solve it?

It has been 12 days at this point.

I have tried many times, relaunch, re-install, everythink i could this of, but no luck.

Screens still remain black and noone has even taken a guess in this post viewtopic.php?t=60056

I have given up on trying.
