Need help with account info/missing characters

I may have 2 account logins. not sure as i registered Aurrek just now and logged in, but there isnt any characters at all. Also my default/saved name for this site was AurrekWH
I had 17ish WH named aurrek or aurrekwh with some gold and items from a friend. I have been a away for 5 weeks or so. didnt see anytthing about a character wipe.
I can provide any associated emails just having issues with resetting pword and such.

Ok I got the correct account log in before contacting GM. reset then changed the password which works here but does work on launcher. I made sure not to use any special characters.

That will take some time to update on the Launcher. Not sure what the issue is, but it's definitely a thing. By "some time", I mean hours, several of them. Or days. We have no idea.
