Return of Reckoning

I apparently have 2 War accounts with the same email and different login credentials. I only play one of the account i think it was because of an issue way back with login and connection issues but now its causing an issue wit htwitch Drops. The account I use is under this name but its showing the 1 character from my other defunct account and not showing the account I actually play. How do we fix this so i can actually use the twitch drop function.
