choppa cape help

guys, where i can find this cape for choppa? i see a lot of high level orcs whith the cape, and was thinking that belong to sovereing set... but not
sov and warlord have the same piscture but they are like a fur cape

I think you mean this. It's the Warlord backpiece afaik

nope, not the same... do you mean warlord rappin cape, dont? i spend 600 crest on that and is the same texture to sovereign :/

Isn't this blork wl/sov Cloak? Have you actually seen choppa with this appearance or just ork?

Isn't this blork wl/sov Cloak? Have you actually seen choppa with this appearance or just ork?
i am choppa, that is a picture from google, i sweared that i have seen choppa with the cape, but i dont sure... its difficult now to looking for with the new slayer head backpiece
then... is only for black orc?? oh ****... i waiting a lot to equip it
well... wait for keg end then...

I am 99% sure the cloak you linked is for black ork only.
If there is some Cloak that has similar appearance to choppa I am not aware of that
