[Last sove/war bonus]

The last sove/war bonus must be strong due to the cost of equipment and the reputation requirements to equip it, and because it limits the character to only one set.
So far, only sove shaman/am and warlord RP/Zeal (but the set itself is too weak to consider) and def tanks sove have bonuses that make it worth considering equipping the entire set.
It would be good to take another look at these bonuses.
I play tanks a lot, so I would like to suggest two changes to the latest sove/war bonuses.
1. Def sove - Resolute Defense for the entire party within 100 feet.
2. Off sove - Speed buff for the entire party within 100 feet.
If the devs don't want to see the RD bonus in the game, then at least fix the def sove speed buff bonus. Since I'm already wearing the entire def set, I would like the bonus to apply to my entire party within a 100-foot range, and not just to the people around my character, as is currently the case.
It's really stupid that instead of strengthening my party, I'm giving bonuses to random people.
I don't see any logic in this. After all, the AM/Shaman's last bonus works on the party, not on random people who happen to be around the defensive target.
That's how it worked on the live server, and it worked great.
