Cant log in main character

Hello, please help me with my problem: my main character was killed by pve guard near rvr zone in Ostland and then game crashed. After this I tryed to log in my character, but the game continues to crash after clicking "play". If i choose other characters everything is ok. The name of the main character is Elfaack.
