2 hand weapon and 1 one hand same time?

I have seen a Slayer with an 2hand weapon in main hand and 1hand weapon in off hand.... how come? a bug or a trick? is it cheating? does he get the Attributes from off hand? I dont want to tell his name....

It's a bug.
That item was fixed already but the player in question needs to un-equip them. If you can tell me who it was, I can inform them to do so.
If you will see any other Slayer with that weapon, PM me his name.

checked most of the slayer gear, at least of the ones you can see daily.
Spellbraker is the last one with this weapon.

I saw a Kotbs with a 2-Hander and no shield the other night. It was like seeing a Unicorn.
