Can we please get a reasonable system?
Every game is a free win or a free loss.

Because there is always a premade team playing against randoms, but almost never a premade against another premade.

ORVR is like that, and the blob meta incentivizes the system that you express perfectly 95% of the time: “Every game is a free win or a free loss.”

But I think I still like it. Now the game is like roulette, a game of chance, where I bet on the possibility of finding balanced matches in an unbalanced ORVR environment, and when that happens, it's an epiphany. I think that in two hours of play, at least two matches with opponents of equal level (average in my case) and number can happen.

In any case, there can be no balanced matches in ORVR. Since the lakes are freely accessible, anyone can enter the field with whatever means they have at their disposal (gear, friends, skill).

Considering this, I'm having fun in a duo with a friend, two RDPS. Try roam and blob surfing with RDPS, it's not balanced but you might have fun.

If you have a group, you could try to tease the WB, kill their tails and kill solo/duo roamers, or do like someone who camps the WC and waits for those who respawn and run to catch up with their blob.

Otherwise, follow the advice given by the hardcore players: find a guild, find friends, join a blob, make a family, work hard, post your cat on Instagram, and be a good guy.

As for the scenarios, I don't think there's a solution. There are too many variables and too few players to consider them all and put them into a system.

Oh, damn, it seems we are totally in schedule, last regular weekly whine thread died out at 08/10/2025 and this one starts exactly 7 days later 15/10/2025. Ngl, i even started to worry.
