Return of Reckoning

I have been playign this project since July 2014. I have undergone 2 gold wipes and 1 item wipe. I never said anything since I know the devs try their best, no matter I had worked for hours or even days to get the items I had.
Now, some stupid bug happenned and I lost a 15gold mount for which I had worked for 3 days doing scens for hours. The reply I got when I asked Azarael kindly to help me was this.

Is that attitude from RoR devsor some EA "we do not care farm more" GM?

This policy has been effect for a long time and will remain in effect until we tell you otherwise.

You should be more concerned that you tried to pressure me to make an exception for you based on an appeal to emotion.

And yes, I'm a developer, not a GM. I may deign to perform GM duties when required or when the opportunity arises, but that does not make me a first port of call for GM affairs.

He is not a GM and they don't restore items.

Lost my Longsword of the Lady 2 days ago because of DC, too. It sucks man. It sucks big time. I had farmed for the sword for weeks back in T1

It seems that trying to seek help in RoR community is a waste of time.
Funniest part: A guy offered me 15g for nothing, but he was on wrong realm. Dev denies to do anything, and even attacks me for trying to be an exception on a rule that made all my work gone. Not to mention all my otehr gold/items lost from their previous wipes. GJ Azarael.

Oh when you test stuff you should be ready for errors and fixes. Not fixing item losses is not proper.

D'aaaaw poor lil' thing, you are the ONLY one that lost stuff, is ok dear, we'll feed the DEV who "attacked you" to the monster in your closet and get your items back.
