Return of Reckoning

Hey everyone, my friend and I are coming back to RoR after more than a year and a half. I wanted to ask the community which duo is currently effective — whether on Destruction or Order side, it doesn’t really matter.

Like it says in the other thread, pretty much any duo is viable. But ofc it all depends on what sort of content you wanna play.

I'd probably advise tank + healer combo personally.

This will mean every scenario you've at least got the basics covered and be a strong asset to the team. You'll also form a great core for running dungeons when you hit 40. And in RvR, you'll both be needed in warbands.

As a bonus, all tanks and healers have respectable DPS specs, so if you wanna roam as a duo then you've got the choice of putting out some decent damage whilst still retaining some healing and tankiness.


Other option if ur not worried about larger groups is healer + dps. If you go with ranged DPS then you can both put out damage and you can kite a lot of people, whilst still being able to do some healing for sustainability. Melee DPS + healer is a bit harder as you won't be kiting as a team but it can still be a lot of fun. Consider going shield dok as ur healer in this instance, tho if the shield dok gets kited then their basically useless.
