Return of Reckoning

Hello. I was playing 2 days ago but yesterday got this error below. Have no antivirus/firewall, folder not for read only. Don't really know what to do. Any ideas how fix this?

I found out I can log in with VPN.

I live in russia and I belive you guys who have same problem from this country too. And reason can be some block from goverment. I tried a lot of VPN but they not work or have no stabale connection. Again becose all this blocking. So I can't play

I have had a similar problem for the third day.
Sometimes it disappears.
I installed system updates just now, rebooted the PC and the game started.
I decided to test if this problem is connected with discord block bypass script so i rebooted and ran script first - game not launched.
Closed script - error.
Rebooted pc and launched the game first - game started.
Rebooted pc and ran script first - error.
Rebooted pc and launched the game first and.....error. 3 reboots and nothing.

A very murky problem. If this is related to blocking, why does it start every other time?
