[Weapons] new talismans

Like some players (probably most), I like having lots of options to choose from when building my character.
To increase this diversity, I came up with an idea (I don't know if it's technically feasible) that using a specific type of weapon would be associated with certain abilities.
I would like every weapon with a talisman slot to be able to be equipped with a standard talisman, as is currently the case, or a special talisman dedicated only to that specific type of weapon, such as a sword, 2h sword, axe, 2h axe, hammer, 2h hammer, spear, wand, shield, etc.
For example, a sword could have a chance to cause a short slowdown.
A 2h sword could have a chance to cause minor dots or reduce the cooldown on taunt abilities by 5 seconds for tanks.
A shield could have additional morale regen +6 or reduce the cooldown on ST punt abilities by 5 or 10 seconds (except for IB) or a small speed buff.
Hammer could have a chance for a small 0.5 sec stun (no immunity), etc.
These could even be new abilities.
There are many ideas.

I don't know how these types of talismans should be obtained, but a way could certainly be found.
Maybe they should be obtained by playing SC or as a reward for some PvE content.

Dont add certain talismans to certain weapon type. Allow all weapons to get only one talisman from special kind something like soulstone mechanic that you could get only from doing certain number of scens.
That talismans should be only different procs and not stat related. That add more itemization options and driveppl to do more scens
