Lost stuff, character dead

Hello,
I have 2 characters in a strange situation.
I lost all my stuff on both, they can't use skills, can't die, and when i try to log off, the game tell me i can't log off when i'm dead
So how can i unstuck this situation please ? It's a bit annoying to lost 2 characters :/

Use the /stuck command if you didn't already

What's happening here is quite obvious.
Emperor Karl did an account check and noticed you worship Khaine, thus he has forsaken you :>
