Return of Reckoning

I've run into an issue while following the step by step guide from this link: https://wiki.returnofreckoning.com/Dwar ... ent_Horror
Once I completed step 3 by talking to Brudig Stouthhelm, no new quest was offered or available, thus breaking the quest chain.

Weird thing is, I have checked an old youtube video of someone doing this quest as well, and this NPC had two other green quests available (Into Gunbad and Finding Phineas). In my instance, he has no quests at all, and it's my first time running through this zone with my new character. It's a shame, really wanted that helmet.

There might be a level requirement on some of the quests?

That shouldn't be the case, as on the same video of a player doing the quest, they were level 21 and my RP is level 25. I can come back every now and then when I level up, but I doubt that's the issue since all quest chains I've seen didn't have different level requirements.

Thank you for linking this. You basically got locked in the same spot as I did, so it's probably not fixed. Please check if it works on your character
