is there an addon or a ingame option to make the mouse cursor larger or a different color?

I think there is an option in the game files to increase the size of your cursor, but I don't know where and how.

However, if you want a bigger cursor in a more visible colour you should look for a programm called YoloMouse. It costs a few bucks, but it's worth it.

The game uses the windows mouse, so you can use window built in function to increase mouse pointer size.
Something like:
Select the Start button, then select Settings > Accessibility > Mouse pointer & touch, and choose the options that work best for you.

Not in game addon... but... Yolo Mouse. Working nice for me.
