Return of Reckoning

I used the "Download on MEGA" option and downloaded all 5 parts over night, i extracted part 1 with no problems, I get to part 2 and it's telling me art.myp is already in the same folder and asks if I want to replace it. Am I missing something or am I not supposed to extract all of the files into the same folder?

UPDATE: both part 1 and part 2 appear to include the exact same files and folders, although when I downloaded them I could have sworn part 1 was 1.4 gig and part 2 was 2.0 gig...I am clearly missing something. Thanks in advance for the help.

Extracting part 1 is all you need to do. The rest of them are fragments that attach to part 1.
