Sorc crit chance?

Tool tip registers as 15% no matter how much dark magic I have built up. UI bug?

Original was 35% crit chance and 100% crit dmg on full resource.

The Values should stand in the Tooltip of the "Orb" for all stages, or am i mistaken? Add those to your 5% base chance and perhaps items and you get your effective Critvalue.
