Data.myp:
System.Exception: You need to stop application currently using the following file: data.myp
at MYPHandler.MYPHandler.WriteFileToArchive(FileInArchive archFile, MemoryStream MS)
at MYPHandler.MYPHandler.ReplaceFile(FileInArchive archFile, FileStream newFile)
at RoRLauncher.Client.UpdateWarData()

the game starts, but in the game there is no button "play"

Did you download using the torrent?

Is your archive tool still running? (7zip, winrar, etc..)

I just fixed this for another user, at least one of the ways it shows up. In the background after you use the RoR Launcher, there should be an error window that comes up. It can say various things, but that's what we use to determine your specific problem.

Read-only or File Blocked? Check file properties on war.exe, rorlauncher.exe, and data.myp.
Anti-virus may be blocking activity, disable it or whitelist your WAR folder.
Windows Firewall? Disable it, or add incoming/outgoing exclusions for war.exe and rorlauncher.exe (that's 4 rules to create)
DirectX 9 not installed? Find the end-user runtime for it from Microsoft. This is generally only an issue for Win8/Win10.
Bad internet filtering? Use a VPN (www.hotspotshield.com is easy and free), point at UK servers.
Performance Counters corrupt? From an elevated command prompt run "lodctr /r" to fix them.

Now that's a lot of possible crap to go wrong, but the error messages provided usually do a very good job of letting us know which issue is which. If you've gone through all of these steps, and there's still no error message, then I will help you provided I have the time/energy/willpower to do so.
