Return of Reckoning

I played normal until yesterday.
But now I can't connect to Timed out in the server access window after running the client.
Can anyone explain this situation?

Until recently, I was able to connect, but after this update, I can't connect to the server.
I don't know what the problem is.
The client program hasn't changed, but I can't connect all of a sudden.
Is it possible that only Europe or North America can connect?
This is South Korea.

Do you use the SKB line? I was using the Internet provider and couldn't connect, so I filed a complaint and replaced the line with another company, and it worked properly. It was an Internet provider's problem.
