Game crashes when logining into Male Highelf characters only

As the title says. I can log into any character except my High Elfs. I have noticed that something is wrong with male elf animations still. I wonder if this is an assets issue with the male elf body. I'll do a clean install, but though this was worth mentioning. I see one other post about crashing after character selection.
EDIT: Fresh Install and no issues.

Ever figure out what this was? I started having this issue but after it happened a half dozen times now I cant even open the launcher.
