My crusader build great in solo against duo WE but sucks against anything else. Good also in duo with a dps. Overall better off with the guilty soul tactic. (clip with the ib ruxbin was guilty soul)
Need the +2 gear soo you sacrifice some good stats for the 30% channel heal if you can hit the target it is very rewarding. (full crit dmg but 15 chance to be crit people can melt you very bad in sc)

Unfortunaly WP cant beat any range at least dok got the convenant soo your best choice would be to duo with a White lion or even range dps.
I like the life tap change (base heal) Makes alot builds to experience.
Since Sigmar radiance heal for like 300-500 (compare to 800-1500 the clip of the bg is when dok "Mournblade" before the healer patch change) would be fun to bring it back to the 2h in scenarios for when people need a bit of heals to support the team or maybe make divine strike aoe heal 20 feet around the target like it used. Would make for a debuff hybrid offencive class. (same for dok) Pretty sure most dok would love that playstyle mixing it with drowning in blood.

Right now we got Heal book which is Left tree (pure healer) , Shield now is Left tree with middle tree hybrid and dps which is Right tree. The offensive shield is not really viable anymore. Would be a great idea for dok/wp to give sigmar radiance/Transfer essence to the DW/2h spec since the heal is low but would focus on going glass cannon to get the most of the (75% dmg to heals). Or give divine strike aoe heal around the target. You would change def meta to go offencive for that high risk high reward playstyle)
