Return of Reckoning

Hello to all of you, Order or Chaos!
Looking forward to having a go on this MMO for the first time. I don't know why I've never tried it before since I have been into the WH universe since early childhood.

I am wondering if there are still players playing with new characters, or is it a late-game type of a server?
Hope I can find a great community of players to have fun with immersing into this amazing universe.
