Build for level 40 Mara

Hi,
I just hit lvl 36 rr 42. Got mercenary and genesis set. What I should be preparing gear wise for when I hit lvl 40? I have some rp pots so Im gonna focus on RVR although I do the SC events whenever I can.
Currently playing mainly monstro with parry focus on renown, around 40. I went with wpn skill talis plus one for ini.
Is there some really good recent build that I could follow?
