"Restoration request" question(s)

At first I made the request via GM contact(ingame) missing character, I had no clue about the correct channels at this point. Got the correct information how I should proceed. Followed the instructions from wargrimnir's post "Guide: Character Restoration"
Sent the email 25-02-10, hav'nt been contacted in any way shape or form since my first GM contact "ingame"
I understand It can take some time, small team doing this on there spare time and all.
But some type of feedback would be nice
