Black menu screen

Hello
So i installed the game according to the instalation guide, installed DX9 dissabled my antivirus, etc..
Everytime when i start up the game it boots me into a Black screen and only the menu buttons are available to click on. I already have a character from playing last year. (i did a total factory reset of my pc to clean it up a bit) So it worked last year. Now it doesn't. Also when i click "play" it goes into the loading screen and after like 30 seconds it crashes.
I could really use some tips. I also tried both the stable and experimental version, repairing the gamefiles and downloading the game via the torrent and the fileshare.

So is the menu screen working and when you click play on the character it tries to load and doesn't work?

Also have you tried to create a new character and play with that?

Im having the same problem tried reinstall no antivirus just cant get it to work. It used to work on my old pc no problem no idea what the problem is
