Return of Reckoning

After a month break I tried to login to the game. Had a weird launcher update but was able to start the game, with my char list wiped, though.
Game let me create a new char and play with no issue then.

Any chance to bring back my accounts old state?

Thanks for the hint, not a big fan of the "enter your mobile phone number to verify", though. :/
