No sound

Hello. Just installed the game and having a major issue - there is no sound. Googling for asnwers didn't help. I'm on Win10. Really want to play the game but at a loss with this frustrating issue. Could you help please?

got the same problem. Found some troubleshooting posts from 2020 but none of the links that people posted with sound files work anymore. Also advice about 32/64bit launcher versions but idk if that is still possible. hope anyone replies
