Duel - need some help

Good day Friends
Is it allowed to duel with teammate (same faction) ?
Do I need to be at specific location?
Is it legal ? or I can be banned for that?
The purpose is to do testing.

If the Garden of Quark is still open (Land of the Dead themed area accessible via the Flight Master), that is exactly what that small zone was designed for. Players could go there and bash on each other all day. Last I heard there was a coding issue with the place, but I haven't been there in awhile, so...
In open RvR continued dueling can be interpreted as kill-trading, which is a bannable defense.

Many thanks for reply but seems you discribe duel agains other factions.
I was asking if I can duel, for example, shaman vs squig ?

Can duel same faction. Travel to Garden of Quoph (or however it is spelled
), target the person you want to duel with and type /duel.
And in last patch it was repaired so it works as it should now.

As stated, that is what the Garden of Quark is for. Anyone can go there and bash on each other.
