Return of Reckoning

I've just returned and haven't played since the live server. I played mostly wp/dok and in the mood for trying a tank. I went with chosen and wanted to ask what realm abilities should I get first? Currently tier 1 and just getting rolling.

Anyone? Bueller?

The question is what exactly are you planning to do with your 2h chosen. Scenarios? Mass rvr? Solo roaming?

Scenarios- traditional is start with parry, and then go for -% to be crit. Your job as 2h chosen in sc is usually providing guard+ punting the tank providing guard to the other side away, and you need to survive while doing that.

Mass rvr- you really want to go with shield, since you need protection vs ranged.

Solo roaming in rvr lakes- takes lot more knowledge and skills than the other two, and there are lot more speccing options. You need to decide how exactly do you balance defense and offense- you won't kill anyone if you go all dmg and die in 5 sec, but you also won't kill anyone if you do no dmg. In general though, the key to killing people as chosen is applying and keeping pressure.

If you are 2h your first 20 points are Parry, if Shield your first 20 points are Block.

My personal preference-

SnB Defender 4 (20) FS3 (30) Quick Escape 1 (10) Hardy Concessions 4 (20)
Take HC last.


2H Reflexes 4 (20) FS4 (45) Opportunist2 (15)
